I thrive off of solving real business and consumer problems through innovation and design thinking, using research and data-driven choices to achieve an elevated creative and commercial solution and then applying pixel-perfect craft to create something truly beautiful.
Over the last decade as both Creative Director and Art Director at Clemenger BBDO, KWP! and The Distillery I’ve built an eclectic portfolio across an equally broad range of industries & channels.
Whether leading multidisciplinary teams or working with peers/clients I love to see others thrive too. It’s one of the reasons why I’ve lectured/mentored at AWARD school for the past five years; meeting upcoming talent and (hopefully) inspiring the next generation of thinkers & doers.
Every creative has their own projects simmering away and I’ll be updating this site soon with some of my other side projects. I make no apologies for how many of them feature AR, vending machines or both at the same time.
My work has been recognised at local & international levels; NYF, AWARD, One Show & AADC (SA) awards as well Cannes nominations. In 2014 I created a campaign that broke records at the AADC (SA) awards collecting 14 trophies including 2 gold chairs and helped Clemenger BBDO Adelaide climb to #2 most awarded Australian digital agency. Another AADC heist was repeated a year later for other projects. In 2017 whilst at The Distillery we proudly took away 6 awards across 5 different projects, for film, UX design, innovation and branding.
